Participation in the 9th International Geography Olympiad (Koln, 2012)
Following the participation in 2010, 5M Vincent Tse and Mr. Leung Wing Kin participated in the 9th International Geography Olympiad. The conference was held from 20th to 28th August 2012 in Koln, Germany.
Mr Leung Wing Kin was invited for being the Assistant Examiner and Moderator of the Written Response Test in this Olympiad.
In mid-August 2012, Vincent Tse has received training from the Hong Kong Geographical Association, Urban Renewal Authority and Caritas Chan Chun Ha Field Studies Centre.
In this international competition, the Hong Kong Contingent presented their poster on water resources in Hong Kong to teams from 32 countries. Students have taken part in other activities including field trips, workshops and cultural night.
